Publishing and submitting proof

Updated 12 Sep 2026 2 min read

In short

Submitting proof is simple: publish, then paste the public link on your campaigns page. You get three attempts at a link we can accept, and an attempt is only spent if a moderator sends one back.

What to submit

The public link to the post itself, on the platform you were booked for. Not your profile, not a different platform, and not a private post.

You can also add your view count and a screenshot of your own post insights. Both are optional and neither affects approval — they go on the brand’s campaign report, credited to you, and a campaign that can show real numbers is far more likely to book you again.

An attempt is only used when a moderator actually sends a link back. A typo that never reaches us costs you nothing, and a link on the wrong platform is refused immediately rather than being counted against you.

Why links get sent back

Almost always one of these: the post or the account is private, the link is dead, it is on a different platform to the one booked, it points at a profile rather than the post, it was posted from a different account, or the paid-partnership disclosure is missing.

You are told which one, in writing, every time. Read it before resubmitting — the most common way creators run out of attempts is fixing the wrong thing.

Getting paid faster

Submit as soon as it is live rather than waiting for the deadline, make sure the post is public before you paste the link, and use the platform’s own paid-partnership tag rather than a hashtag buried in the caption. Approval is a person opening the link, so anything that makes it open first time makes it faster.

What does a moderator check when submitting proof?

  • The link opens and the post is public
  • It is on the platform you were booked for, from the account on your profile
  • It matches what the brand briefed
  • The paid-partnership disclosure is there

These are the same checks for every creator — see how moderation works. Each platform has its own rules for labelling paid content, linked under Sources below.

What if I think my proof was wrongly sent back?

Raise a dispute from the booking on your campaigns page and explain why the post meets the brief. It opens a thread that the brand and our moderators both read, and a moderator replies with a written decision. The booking is not paused while you wait, so if you can fix the post and resubmit, do that too. After a third send-back the booking closes and the brand is refunded, and you have 14 days to dispute that as well — see if something goes wrong.

Does submitting proof early help?

Yes. Submitting the moment the post is live, rather than on deadline day, leaves room to fix a problem without running out of time or attempts, and gets you paid sooner. Posts submitted on time also build the on-time delivery rate brands see before booking you; see getting listed.

Frequently asked questions

How do I submit proof of a post?

Open your campaigns page, find the booking and paste the public link to the post itself on the platform you were booked for. You can also add your view count and a screenshot of your insights. A moderator opens the link, checks it against the brief, and your fee moves to your wallet when it is approved.

What happens if my proof is rejected?

The moderator sends the link back with the reason in writing, and one of your three attempts is used. Your deadline does not change. Fix the exact problem named, make sure the post is public and resubmit. Resubmitting a link that was already sent back is refused so it cannot waste an attempt.

How long does proof approval take?

Our target is three days from submission. A person opens every link, so anything that makes it open first time helps: a public account, a link to the post rather than your profile, and the platform's paid-partnership label. Approval is outside the campaign clock, so a pending review never counts as late.

Who can see my insights screenshot?

Only the brand on that booking, you, and our moderators. Screenshots are stored privately rather than at a public web address and are served only to those people after they sign in. The view count and screenshot appear on the brand's campaign report, credited to you, and neither affects approval.
