Every rule and timeframe

Updated 12 Sep 2026 1 min read

In short

Every rule and timeframe the platform enforces, in one table: deadlines, fees, limits and windows. They are read directly from the software, so this page cannot fall out of date.

Every number below is read from the platform’s own settings when this page loads. If we change a deadline, this page changes with it — it cannot quietly go stale.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a creator have to answer a brief?

On a standard campaign a creator has 72 hours from the moment the brief is sent to accept, decline, ask questions or send one custom offer. Talking in chat does not pause the clock. Creators are reminded 24 hours and 3 hours before it closes, and a brief with no answer simply lapses without penalty.

How long does a brand have to pay?

On a standard campaign the brand has 24 hours to pay once the answer round closes, and is reminded 6 hours before the window ends. If they do not pay, the creators who accepted are released. On an accelerated campaign selecting a creator and paying are a single step, so there is no separate payment window.

How long is the window to dispute a post?

Fourteen days from the moment a post is approved. Brands are emailed 48 hours before the window closes, listing the approved posts it covers. Creators can raise disputes too, for example about a proof sent back or a refund. A settled dispute can be reopened by either side within 7 days.

Are these rules the same for every brand and creator?

Yes. The numbers on this page are read from the platform's own settings when the page loads, and they are the same ones the software enforces for everyone. If a rule changes, this page changes with it. If you ever see the site do something different from what is written here, tell us, because that is a bug.
