  • Account information: name, email, business or creator details, platform links (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Profile and rate card data: follower counts, reach figures, pricing, niche and location, submitted by Creators.
  • Payment information: processed through our payment gateway partner; Influ.com.lk does not store full card details.
  • Communication data: messages exchanged through the Platform’s chat system, including WhatsApp-relayed messages, for dispute resolution and quality purposes.
  • Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and device/browser information, collected to improve the Platform.

2. How we use it

  • To operate core Platform features: creator discovery, bookings, messaging, and payment processing.
  • To verify creator profiles during the approval process.
  • To review proof-of-post submissions and resolve disputes.
  • To communicate with you about your account, bookings, or support requests.
  • To improve the Platform and detect fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Who we share it with

  • Payment gateway providers (such as PayHere), to process brand payments and creator payouts.
  • WhatsApp Business Platform, to relay in-platform messages between Brands and Creators.
  • We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Data retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for financial record-keeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [email protected]. Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember basic preferences. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
