Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Influ.com.lk (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you’re using the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. What Influ.com.lk is

Influ.com.lk is a marketplace connecting businesses (“Brands”) with content creators (“Creators”) on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. The Platform facilitates discovery, negotiation, payment collection, and payment release for content-creation campaigns. Influ.com.lk is not a party to the underlying agreement between a Brand and a Creator beyond facilitating the transaction described in these terms.

3. Accounts

  • Brands may register and use the Platform to browse and book creators immediately upon account verification.
  • Creators must be manually approved before their profile becomes publicly visible and bookable.
  • You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile, including pricing, follower counts, and contact details.
  • Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred without our written consent.

4. Bookings and payment

  • Brands pay the full amount for a booking (creator’s listed price plus a 12% platform commission) at checkout.
  • Funds are held by Influ.com.lk and are not released to a Creator until the corresponding content is submitted and approved.
  • The minimum booking value is 1,000 LKR per creator. There is no cap on the number of creators in a single order.
  • Creators keep 100% of their listed price for each approved booking.

5. Content delivery and review

  • Creators must submit proof of the posted content (a direct link) for review before payment is released.
  • Submissions are reviewed manually. Approved content triggers release of payment to the Creator’s wallet. Rejected content triggers a refund to the Brand for that specific line item only.
  • Creators who receive three rejection-related warnings may be permanently removed from the Platform.

6. Withdrawals

Creators may withdraw funds from their Influ.com.lk wallet to a linked bank account once their balance reaches 10,000 LKR. Withdrawal processing times may vary.

7. Communication

Messaging between Brands and Creators is relayed through the Platform, including via WhatsApp where applicable. Attempting to circumvent the Platform to arrange payment or delivery outside these Terms is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

8. Prohibited conduct

  • Misrepresenting follower counts, reach, or pricing.
  • Submitting fraudulent or fabricated proof of content delivery.
  • Circumventing the Platform’s payment or communication systems.
  • Posting content that violates the platform-specific rules of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for repeated content-delivery failures, fraudulent activity, or abuse of other users. Brands and Creators may close their own accounts at any time, subject to completion of any active bookings.

10. Limitation of liability

Influ.com.lk facilitates transactions between independent Brands and Creators and does not guarantee the performance, quality, or outcome of any campaign. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influ.com.lk’s liability is limited to the commission collected on the relevant booking.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users before taking effect.
